Most times, Free Standard Shipping is offered on ALL ORDERS over $75**

** Most days, We offer free standard shipping for orders over $75 and at various times we may offer promotions for free shipping. Please check our website regularly for our latest offers. Be advised, from time to time we may void free shipping to a flat fee of $7.99 when special promotion codes are being offered to our on-line guests.

Every order we ship out is covered with insurance against theft and damage by a third party. If for any reasons we did not receive your order or it was damaged in transit, you must notify us within 3 business days, so that we could open a claim on your behalf. The claim may take up to a week to resolve. In some cases longer. Unfortunately we cannot expedite this claim in any way, you would have to wait up to a week to get your money back for a lost or damaged package. 

RETURNS

In the event you must return your items, please carefully read the following instructions to ensure the return process is as easy and smooth for you as possible. All items must be in original, unused, and sale-able condition.

All returns must be made within 30 days of when your order is received. In order to receive a FREE SHIPPING label, please contact our customer service department at (888) 584-6669 [Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30 pm est] or email customerservice@vim.com. Please be sure to include your order number in the subject line. 

In the event you must return your items, The following terms and conditions apply: 

When shipping your items back to us for a return, please enclose your invoice along with a reason for the return and allow 3-5 business days from when your return is received and processed by us for your refund to be credited to your account. You may use any shipping method that is most convenient for you. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number (such as: UPS, Fed Ex or USPS) to ensure your return arrives safely to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Currently, we are not offering refunds from online purchases to our brick & mortar V.I.M stores. In the event a refund is necessary, we ask that you SEND your item to the above address. An exchange can be made at any V.I.M store along with online Invoice/Receipt for equal value in merchandise.
